At New World Wellness we offer Holistic Counseling. This approach assists clients to heal by taking into account their entire state of being including their individual life experience as it relates to their assessment and treatment. This differs from more traditional counseling methods that focus only on the psychological aspects of issues and behaviors. Holistic counseling takes into account both the physical and spiritual aspects as well as psychological/mental ones. We honor each individual as a unique expression whilst also honoring them as a part of the whole...every piece of the puzzle of life is important to us.

Due to Covid-19 we are currently providing donation based online classes. Please see classes page for links. Currently we are offering various Hatha Yoga classes designed for the beginner to the intermediate practitioner that enjoys a foundational practice, Yin Yoga for all levels, Mindfulness Yoga for all levels, Vinyasa Yoga for bold beginners or intermediate to advanced practitioners, and a Meditation class designed for all practitioners from new to the more seasoned.
At New World Wellness we love to create and present specialty classes, events and workshops for our community within many different areas of holistic wellness and personal growth. We also enjoy hosting and supporting other experienced wellness professionals, teachers and facilitators in sharing their special offerings within our community!

New World Wellness is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga School (RYS 200) with Yoga Alliance and offers an amazing and comprehensive Integral Inspired Hatha Yoga 200-Hr Teacher Training Program for those students that are interested in embarking on the inner journey to deepen their own practice and understanding of yoga or for those students that are interested in becoming 200-Hr Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT 200) to Teach Peace and share these incredible teachings with the world. Services are based on wellness interests and offered in the areas of: Mindfulness-based services, Yoga Classes, Restore & Renew Classes or Workshops, Breath-work Sessions, or other Mind/Body Health& Wellness areas.

Each month we highlight and share a Wellness Practice or Teaching that may be utilized to establish a more balanced state of being assisting us to regain and re-establish wellness within the mind/body/spirit complex.
To receive maximum benefit from the practice or teaching it is highly recommended to apply the teaching or engage in the practice regularly whilst letting go of any expectations, or attachments about the outcome of the practice or teaching. This in and of itself is a powerful lesson and is given to us by the yoga sage, Patanjali, in the Yoga Sutras, where the importance of practice (abhyasa) and detachment (vairagya) are referred to as the "two wings of the bird of freedom" that when applied support our efforts in creating health in the mind/body/spirit complex assisting us to progress and soar to higher levels of consciousness.
