WHAT PEOPLE SAY

“I am so glad I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Nicole & Craig. It was such an enriching and life-affirming experience. Nicole & Craig go above and beyond to joyfully prepare their students not only to teach yoga poses safely, fluidly, and responsibly; but also for them to truly understand what yoga is. I will take every opportunity I can to continue to learn from them. They are awesome!” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
—Brooke Deratany Goldfarb, JD, RYT200

I had never intended to sign up for a Yoga Teacher Training. I thought I would just check out the free class being offered. And then I met Nicole and Craig. The first thing that struck me was their infectious joy! Their knowledge and passion of yoga was evident . I especially liked their attention to body alignment and use of props and variations. I knew on a cellular level that these 2 teachers were rare gems and to learn from them would be truly a blessing.

The family created from the teacher training continues and grows long after the training ends. Don't hesitate. If your wise whisper within says "Do it!" Then do it. You will be forever thankful that you did.
