Weekend Modules Overview:

  1.  Threads of Wisdom: Weaving the Sutras into Practice

This immersive in-person weekend is a deep dive into Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras through a combination of lecture, guided meditation, and embodied asana practice. Trainees will explore key sutras that illuminate the path of yoga, with a focus on how to live these teachings authentically in daily life and how to skillfully integrate them into yoga classes.

  1. Meditation Teacher Training – Guiding Stillness & Awareness

This live-virtual immersive weekend provides yoga teachers with the knowledge, personal experience, and practical tools to confidently guide meditation for themselves and others. Trainees will explore the foundations of meditation from both classical yoga and modern mindfulness perspectives, learning techniques to calm the mind, cultivate awareness, and develop a consistent personal practice.

  1. Restorative Yoga Teacher Training – The Art of Deep Rest & Healing

This in-person weekend training offers an in-depth exploration of Restorative Yoga, a therapeutic, deeply restful practice designed to support the nervous system and promote healing on physical, mental, and emotional levels. Through lecture, personal practice, hands-on teaching methodology, and guided reflection, trainees will learn how to skillfully sequence and teach restorative yoga classes, use props for optimal support, and hold safe and inclusive spaces for students seeking rest, stress relief, or recovery from physical or emotional challenges.

  1. The Breath Unlocked: Advanced Pranayama Training

Go beyond foundational breathwork and deepen your understanding of pranayama as a transformative practice for mind, body, and energy. This live-virtual weekend explores advanced techniques, subtle anatomy, and sequencing for both personal practice and teaching. You’ll refine your own pranayama sadhana while learning to safely introduce and guide these practices for students.

  1. Asana & Anatomy Expanded: Asana & Intelligent Sequencing

Deepen your understanding of functional anatomy, energy anatomy, and intelligent sequencing to refine your teaching and keep students safe in this in-person yoga teacher training weekend. Explore how to teach more advanced asana variations and modifications while respecting individual anatomy and limitations.

  1. Trauma-Informed & Inclusive Yoga Training: Teaching with Awareness & Empowerment

Learn to teach yoga through the lens of trauma-awareness, inclusivity, and empowerment. This live-virtual training equips you with practical tools to create safe, supportive, and accessible classes for all bodies and backgrounds while staying within your ethical scope of practice as a yoga teacher.

  1. Mantra & Sound Healing: The Yoga of Vibration (Nada Yoga)

Experience the transformative power of mantra and vibrational healing. This in-person weekend explores the roots of mantra in yogic tradition, specific mantras and their benefits, pronunciation, and practical methods for integrating mantra into yoga classes and personal practice as trainees explore Nada Yoga—the yoga of sound—through chanting, mantra, singing bowls, and other vibrational tools. In addition learn how sound affects the nervous system, how to guide vibrational meditations, and how to integrate sound thoughtfully into yoga classes and workshops.

  1. Ethical Yoga & The Evolving Business of Online Teaching

This live-virtual weekend explores how to teach and share yoga with integrity, cultural respect, and professionalism in the modern world. We’ll dive into yoga ethics, including cultural appreciation vs. appropriation and the evolving role of yoga teachers today.

You’ll also gain practical tools for thriving as a yoga professional, including how to design online offerings while staying aligned with yogic values.

  1. Yin Yoga Teacher Training: The Art of Letting Go

In this in-person weekend you will explore the meditative depth and therapeutic benefits of Yin Yoga. This training integrates meridian theory, functional anatomy, and the art of stillness to help you skillfully sequence and teach Yin Yoga classes for balance, joint health, and nervous system regulation.

  1. Yoga for Special Conditions & Themed Classes: Creative & Adaptive Teaching

Learn to create safe, adaptive, and intentional classes for special populations (seniors, athletes, stress reduction, etc.) and to design themed yoga experiences (seasonal classes, holiday workshops, chakra-inspired, & fun themes) in this in-person yoga training weekend.

  1. The Finale! Yoga Nidra Teacher Training: The Exploration of Deep Yogic Sleep

Delve into the transformative practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)—a guided meditation that moves practitioners through the layers of consciousness for deep rest, healing, and insight.
