The dragon forgot itself, shrinking and shifting—becoming the dragonfly, flitting on the water's surface, lost in the shimmer of a world that was never real.

But the dragonfly CAN wake up...and WE CAN WAKE UP too!

Follow the dragonfly. Let it lead you beyond the illusion, past the ripples of the mind, down into the quiet depths where your true self waits. This is a call back to your center, a remembering.

Join us for a gentle, live music restorative yoga sound healing experience, where body and breath settle into stillness, and sound carries you deeper.

This LIVE music experience has been guided by Source and includes beautiful solo and duet singing performances of lyrical music and Sanskrit mantra, acoustic and electric guitar play, harmonium elements, and the resonance of crystal bowls weaved through the experience to guide you into the space beyond illusion—the place where you are whole and where you have always been whole...home to your True self.

No prior yoga experience is needed. We’ll hold various restorative yoga postures with comfort, allowing breath and awareness to weave their quiet medicine. A touch of breathwork will be added to help soften the veil. The entire experience may also be taken from a comfortable lying down position (Savasana/Corpse Pose) as an option for anyone who prefers to pass on the restorative yoga practice. Just bring yourself, your yoga mat, and whatever you need to feel comfortable! Bolsters, blankets, and props are welcome but not required.

Dragonfly Medicine is a soul-stirring musical duo that weaves together sound healing, mantra, and deeply resonant harmonies to create a transcendent listening experience. Founded by Craig Costello and Anna Surento, the band blends sacred music traditions with modern elements, offering a space for relaxation, meditation, and inner transformation.

Craig Costello: is a seasoned holistic practitioner, musician, and yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience. Before forming Dragonfly Medicine, he performed for six years with Bolo, a kirtan that performed in yoga studios. Craig’s musical expertise includes guitar, harmonium, crystal bowls, and vocals, all of which he uses to create immersive soundscapes for healing and meditation.

Anna Surento: the other half of Dragonfly Medicine, is a gifted singer, guitarist, percussionist, and crystal bowl player with extensive experience in holistic practices. Her ethereal voice and rhythmic sensibility complement the mantras unique, melodic content, forming a duet that embodies balance and harmony.

Together, Craig and Anna craft mantra-driven, atmospheric compositions designed to support deep rest, introspection, and healing. Their music integrates sound healing principles, using crystal bowls, harmonium, and layered harmonies as powerful forces for restoration.
