About the Event
Whether you're a mom yourself, wish to honor a mom or would simply enjoy feeling nurtured! Ā Give yourself and/or the amazing moms in your life the gift of yoga this Mother's Day! Ā Enjoy an inspiring yoga class w/mini meditation practice within the beautiful gardens of the Sweetwater Branch Inn. Ā This 75 minute yoga class will be instructed by experienced and registered yoga teacher, Craig Costello, ERYT of New World Wellness and will consist of: Ā centering & warm-ups, an uplifting and refreshing asana sequence, a deep relaxation for nurturing those that nurture, and will close with a loving kindness meditation practice.
Participant recommendations:
- Wear comfortable clothes for practice.
- Dress mindful of weather/fans will be provided as needed. Avoid eating a heavy meal prior to practice.
- Turn off the phones/devices.
What to bring? Ā A yoga mat, blanket, scarf or eye covering and water to stay hydrated! Ā Masks are mandatory to be worn before and after practice and students will be socially distanced for best safe practices.
