Join us for an evening of deep rest, resonance, and renewal at Iris Wellness at the beautiful Sweetwater Inn. Inspired by the symbolism of the iris flowerrepresenting wisdom, hope, healing, and transformation—this immersive Crystal Bowl Sound Bath invites you into a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself and restore balance within.

Led by Nicole Georgi Costello, LMHC ERYT 500 & Craig Costello, ERYT of New World Wellness, this one-hour meditative experience uses the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls to support relaxation of the nervous system, energetic balance, emotional release, mindfulness, and inner calm. The vibrations of the bowls may help quiet the mind, reduce stress, and create a grounding sense of harmony for body, mind, and spirit.

Surrounded by the serene beauty and healing atmosphere of Sweetwater Inn, participants are invited to simply rest, breathe, receive, and allow the sounds to wash over them in a supportive and restorative environment.
