Dr. Isabelle Richmond brings both personal and professional experience to this journey. After losing her husband to a long illness in 2022, she drew on her clinical training—and her own resilience—to navigate widowhood during the isolating years of the Covid pandemic. She offers deep insight into grief, healing, the brain’s capacity to adapt, and the journey of moving forward in life and love. Her lifelong passion is helping others understand how our brains—and our hearts—can guide us toward meaningful new chapters.

Dr. Barbara Woo Daly is committed to restoring health through holistic care—combining acupuncture, nutrition, sustainable lifestyle habits, and the latest in biohacking tools. With a background in human anatomy and a passion for energy flow and spiritual vitality, Dr. Daly helps individuals align the physical and spiritual elements of healing. Her mission is to empower people to live at their full functional potential.
