Join Craig Costello for a 90-minute yin yoga experience blending long-held, supported postures with live mantra music. As you rest deeply in each pose, you’ll be guided through gentle breathwork while immersed in the soothing tones of harmonium, guitar, and voice.
This practice weaves together the energies of the lower body, heart, and throat—inviting a soft opening from feeling to expression. The soundscape acts as both anchor and doorway, helping quiet the mind and attune awareness beyond the personality and into deeper presence.
Expect a slow, meditative class designed to relax the nervous system, open subtle pathways, and reconnect you to the quiet intelligence within.
